Our most important step in understanding your needs. Here, we determine what we can achieve within the parameters of cost, zoning and the existing architecture of your home.
- Estimate Delivery -
Any residential/commercial renovation is a big commitment. Our responsibility is to make sure you are comfortable and well-informed from start to finish. First, we deliver a written proposal detailing estimate cost and time of completion. Once these terms are approved, you will be given a "project map" detailing every step of our renovation for your reference and peace of mind.

Our process ensures every client can visualize their completed renovation prior to commencement with no surprises upon completion. However, if you're not happy, we're not happy. Custom Fit Contractors warrants all labor in its contract work with homeowner to be free from defects in workmanship for one year.
